Job Description

Get to Know the Team

Demand Planning is the demand growth engine for Grab. Work is interdisciplinary a combination of advanced analytics customer segmentation and consumer insight. The team will be focused on growing demand efficiently with projects covering overall strategy ideation experimentation and driving implementation of key initiatives.

Get to Know the Role 

Role is a balance of advanced analytics problem solving and stakeholder management you will lead daytoday coordination with related parties i.e. Marketing team Operations team on demand growth while growing using data analyses to gain actionable insight (e.g. promo & incentive optimization churn analysis customer segmentation) and working with crossfunctional teams to drive . You will report to Head Demand Planning Mobility Mart Express. You will work 5 days onsite.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Analyze short to medium term issues affecting demand growth in the business. This includes customer segmentation conversion funnel optimization churn analysis market scans and experimentation
  • Scope advanced statistical analyses and predictive modelling in collaboration with the relevant teams
  • Forecast spend on promos incentives and other key initiatives for weekly monthly and quarterly planning cycles
  • Build presentation to influence senior stakeholders and enable datadriven decisionmaking
  • Design efficient promo structures and other initiatives to increase demand growth and work with cross functional teams to implement
  • Manage budget allocation and track cost from initiatives in collaboration with Finance

Qualifications :

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in financial services management consulting or technology firms
  • Experience with analyzing complex data sets using Excel (Essential); proficiency in Tableau is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in SQL is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Quantitative discipline with a business sense and able to articulate complex analyses to diverse audiences and transforming these insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Ability to see big picture while not losing sight of details
