This role will partner with the Rest team and outsource partners to optimise our opportunities to deliver on our member and employer promises including sound financial management and ensuring our members and the funds rights are protected.

This role ensures accounting principles and practices are in place and delivered through the team to service support and guide service partners and internal and external stakeholders on a day to day basis. This involves budgetary and expense control and managing internal and external stakeholders to influence advise and achieve desired business outcomes.

Qualifications :

Required experience understanding or credentials

• Demonstrated experience in Financial Services or Superannuation Fund
• Business partnering experience requirement across multiple senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of the Superannuation and Financial Services Industry.
• Proven ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of project management processes and experience in the application of contemporary project management methodologies.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal written communication and numerical skills.
• Excellent modelling and excel skills.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively.
• Experience in financial control (preferred).
