You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe House of Commons Human Resources Services is currently looking to staff the Labour Relations Advisor position.
As part of this team you will be responsible for assisting the Labour Relations team in addressing investigating and analyzing on behalf of the House of Commons labour and employee relations matters involving unionized groups governed by existing collective agreements as well as in matters involving nonrepresented employees.
In addition you will provide firstline advice to House of Commons management on employmentrelated issues and interpretation of the House of Commons policies employment conditions and collective agreements. You will work in tandem with the Senior Labour Relations Advisors Human Resources Business partners and HR managers to provide support on a variety of strategic and operational issues.
You will also carry out a variety of administrative tasks related to the daytoday of labour relations including preparing union reports and scheduling and participating in joint unionmanagement meetings.
