We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Manager specializing in digital delivery for infrastructure projects to join our team in AlUla Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role you will lead the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for complex road infrastructure projects ensuring efficient digital delivery and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
- Develop and implement BIM strategies and workflows for infrastructure road projects
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of 3D models ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate BIM processes into design construction and asset management phases
- Manage the digital delivery process ensuring seamless data exchange between stakeholders
- Conduct clash detection analyses and coordinate resolution of design conflicts
- Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM software and best practices
- Develop and maintain BIM standards templates and libraries specific to road infrastructure projects
- Liaise with clients contractors and consultants to ensure BIM requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor and report on BIM implementation progress and ROI to senior management
- Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and industry trends recommending improvements to current processes
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in BIM management for infrastructure projects with a focus on road construction
- Advanced proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit and Navisworks
- Strong knowledge of CAD software and project management tools
- BIM certification (e.g. Autodesk BIM Specialist) is required
- Extensive experience in infrastructure road design and construction processes
- Proven track record in implementing digital delivery strategies for largescale projects
- Excellent understanding of BIM standards and protocols (e.g. ISO 19650
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage crossfunctional teams
- Experience working on international projects preferably in the Middle East region
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
