Job Description
What youll be doing
- Supplier introduction onboarding development and ongoing management
- Improving buying and merchandising intelligence this includes training and the production and management of the scorecard
- Managing the Sourcing Administrator to best support the Sourcing Partner as well as the broader Sourcing team
- Working with the Ethical Sustainable and Fabric teams to deliver our Fashion with Integrity objectives commercially driving strategic business change and global growth
- Collaborating with Finance Supply Chain and Logistics on account management
- Managing the supplier database checking scorecard data and ensuring supplier capabilities are kept up to date
- Working on global initiatives to deliver a fit for purpose supply base for retail teams
- Manage and update any crosscosting projects with new and existing suppliers
- Developing and distributing team communication to internal stakeholders and supply base
- Attending UK supplier meetings and trade shows
Qualifications :
Wed love to meet someone with
- Experience working in a fast pace retail environment possibly considering moving from other areas of retail e.g. buying supplier side
- The ability to analyse data in order to set targets and strategy
- Has excellent communication and presentations skills and can adapt their style to different audiences
- Can work as part of a team as well as alone and make decisions
- Has experience in managing a team or team member
- Project management experience
