Colaborate with the leadership in developing strategies and improving current workflows for acquiring new talent;
Source applicants through online channels such as LinkedIn and other professional networks;
Work closely with leadership and hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide insights on market trends and candidate availability;
Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process;
Understand current and future needs of the team.
Qualifications :
3 years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role;
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques tools and best practices;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritise tasks effectively;
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics.
