Development coordination and management of all property promotions and special events. Ability to create events that will stimulate traffic flow and increase profitability. Manage and develop all promotional staff.
*Develop and communicate promotional and special events schedule for property and interface impacted departments to ensure coordination and success.
*Assist in departmental budget goals and implementation strategy to create profitability for the property.
*Develop and maintain working relationships with current and potential outside vendors.
Hire train and evaluate all promotional staff including supervisors and attendants.
*Solicit negotiate and contract outside entertainment for special events.
Coordinate outside ticket sales and group contracts for all promotional events.

Qualifications :
*BS in Marketing or four or more 4 years experience in related field.
*Working knowledge of computer programs and software.
*Strong organizational and communication skills.
*Knowledge of gaming regulations and procedures.
*Able to attain state gaming license.
*Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
