- CHANGE LEADERSHIP: Provide compelling coaching mentoring development and guidance across the business including not only direct business franchise but also crossfunctional other field teams and multiplefranchises.

- Implement companys commercial field training and product and services marketing strategies and tactics and hold teams accountable for pullthrough.
- Act as a conduit for relevant market information from local fieldbased employees to home office management as well as appropriate recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with all laws regulations and policies that govern the conduct of commercial activities.
- Future commercial model/community strategy may require this position to expand its role to support the strategic account managers in hiring developing and leading oncology specialists.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree required: MBA Preferred
- 10 years of commercial Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Medical Device experience with an exceptional and consistent record of strong sales leadership and performance is critical for this role
- Oncology background buy and bill and/or CDx preferred
- Previous experience with a US product launch is highly desirable
- Strong leadership planning & organization problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and encourage a group towards meeting and exceeding objectives
- Experienced at successfully leading crossfunctional teams and influencing with or without authority
- Excellent oral and written presentation skills in both a live and virtual setting
- Ability to travel 80
- Credentialing as required by offices and institutions
