Job Description
Job Summary
- Responsible for the entire Spare Parts (SP) and ASA Hub operations (Source Make and Deliver) within PgP2 and External Warehouse.
- Contribute to Segment Team strategy development.
- Take entrepreneurial decisions to reach targets of own team and business teams.
- Support development of purpose vision and strategy for the plant/location as member of Logistics Department.
- Lead by giving and earning trust foster accountability & developing people.
- Embrace change as an opportunity. Leads and guides through change and transformation.
- Responsible in setting up of SP/ASA Hub Warehouse operational procedures and KPI for Customer Complaints Inventory accuracy transaction accuracy and operation performance.
- Responsible for SP/ASA warehouse operation in maintaining and improving process flow managing personnel inventory flow documentation.
- Responsible for administration such as maintaining and improving document accuracy and timeliness data preservation and availability.
- Manage daily weekly and monthly SP / ASA warehouse operation related meetings reports and presentations.
- Monitoring LSP KPI performance and take appropriate actions for improvements.
- Lead the SP/ASA Warehouse Operation for continuous improvements and projects.
- Coordinator for Bosch Production System (BPS) Central Audit (C/AU) Safety & Health Requirements and any related audits by relevant authorities in the Logistic Service Provider Warehouse operation.
- Willingness to work at external service provider site >50.
- Any other duties assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
Job Scope
- Responsible for Plant Spare Part Operation & ASA Hub Operation at external warehouse.
- Responsible for KPI target achievement (S/Q/C/D).
- Plan needs and budgets for resources (headcount material MAE).
- Continuously develop on BPS System approach.
- Ensuring safe compliant and sustainable operations following BPS principles frameworks and governance rules defined by the plant/location.
- Set focus topics and priorities on daily problem solving and improvement activities.
- Coach the associates on problem solving emphasize coaching approach to develop train and supporting the team.
- Collaborate with expertise teams (e. g. HRL PPU PUR TEF) and apply new technologies and methods.
- Collaborate closely with other business units as well in other location.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in technical or logistics or business administration.
- Preference for experience in source make and deliver.
- SAP/WMS system user will be an added advantage.
- Min. 4 years experience in a manufacturing environment or warehouse operational experience in plant environment and/or supply chain management.
