Job Description

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the product strategy identify market opportunities and drive our Ascend Technology platform development to deliver our goals.

Responsibilities

  • You will drive the product roadmap for the Ascent Technology Platform which will enable our clients throughout their business lifecycle.
  • You will drive market research to identify customer needs and trends using advanced data analysis and insights to guide highimpact product decisions and ensure market fit.
  • You will leverage research data to define and execute product requirements shaping the longterm product roadmap to drive business growth.
  • Monitor product performance and making datadriven decisions to improve product outcomes.
  • Gather and prioritise feedback from key stakeholders to refine and improve the product strategy and roadmap ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands.

Qualifications :

  • Product management experience with experience of executing a product roadmap to support an organisation wide vision crossing both vertical and horizontal silos
  • Experience driving roadmaps for functional software platforms hosting integrated product capabilities.
  • Implemented and delivered a vision for product interoperability to deliver increased client value
  • Eexperience migrating clients from legacy on premise & hosted software solutions to a solutions on a SaaS platform
  • Experience driving the delivery of digital customer experiences throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Understanding of foundational client data and experience transforming and rationalising a clients user product and organisational structure data from their legacy portfolio to a SaaS platform portfolio
  • Understanding of product development processes including familiarity with project management concepts
