Job Description
Join us in a pivotal role that collaborates closely with the External Sales team dedicated to building robust and enduring relationships with our customers. Your primary focus will be to facilitate the seamless processing of customer sales orders ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Reporting directly to the Customer Service Team Leader your role is instrumental in delivering a service of the highest quality upholding our commitment to excellence in customer support.
In this dynamic position you will excel in delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include promptly and accurately addressing all customer queries within agreedupon timeframes proactively managing and expediting outstanding orders and coordinating with various internal departments to devise customercentric solutions. Additionally you will manage email communication effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications :
Experience Requirements
- Able to provide exceptional customer service
- Order processing experience within industrial setting (preferred)
- Good communication skills
- Computer literate
