Job Description
You will be responsible for the management of accounts receivables of the stores and Distribution Center assigned to you according to the standards and policies established by the head office of UAP Inc.
Responsibilities:
- Contact clients in your designated territory to ensure account payments are made and follow up on outstanding balances;
- Provide and answer customer questions about customer accounts;
- Responsible for completing weekly reports that will be provided to managers;
- Work in collaboration with Sales Representatives District Managers and Store Managers regarding accounts receivable;
- Perform various administrative tasks (filing photocopying etc);
- Perform any other related duties as required by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications :
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Excellent communication in both English and French both orally and in writing. In your role you will have to work with internal clients across Canada on an ongoing basis.
