We are looking Business Administrative Assistant Manage and consolidate overall MOE1 sections KPIs/ KPR monthly tracking PDCA Follow up with cross functional team. Overall budgeting and expense cost summary overall MOE1 document control and handle multiple task levels of advanced administrative duties.
- Manage overall department KPIs / KPR monthly tracking and PDCA follow up actions with cross functional team. Collect and compile data conduct research prepare reports and coordinate all management projects related.
- Preparing overall budget and expense reports cost controlling & tracking Eg. Travels training stationary budgets cost control.
- Prepare document for signatures request such as Invitation letter of visas package work permit government to get approve by top management or POA Support preparation Business trip WorkOn process for pretrip and post trip expense claims preparation such as transportation.
- Maintaining databases and Department slides for information regarding clients vendors suppliers or other stakeholders who have business relationships with the organization.
- Manage visitor High management or customers visit to coordinate & preparation such as fill in request form transportation & hotel booking coffee break & Dinner arrangement.
- Support document/ data collection of overall Business Planning CF MBRx report PDCA follow up Support Long Term Planning Manufacturing LTPM LTPC Technical Functions data consolidate.
- Prepare important documents for reports meetings and memos.
- Coordinating office activities such as ordering supplies and managing inventory levels responsible of office 5s cabinets drawers
- Organize Department agenda and support in event coordination within the plant
Qualifications :
- Bachelor Degree of Business Administration Business Management or Related fields or above.
- Required 13 years of Business Analyst administrative secretarial experience
- Excellent in Excel Power BI or related program
- Experience in Personal Assistant Business Administrative & Business Management Area Business strategy planning & Business Mindset
- Detailoriented disciplined organized & accurate Excellent problem solving self motivation and Very good calendar management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills in English
