Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living short term accommodation (respite) social connections lifestyle options therapy and employment services in over 420 service locations across Victoria and NSW.
About the Role
Were looking for a highly organised and detailfocused Client Contracts Officer to join our Client Acquisitions and Retention team. Reporting to the Client Contracts Manager this role will play a key role in delivering highquality administrative support to ensure the accurate creation management and compliance of client contracts in line with NDIS standards.
Role Duties
- Undertake the endtoend process of the creation management and renewal of client contracts
- Capture client goals expectations and funding requirements
- Work collaboratively across teams to meet regulatory legal and budget guidelines
- Respond to and resolve contract queries or escalate where required
- Maintain detailed accurate documentation for internal and external use
- Support auditing reporting and document control processes
- Provide input into continuous improvement and process development
What We Look For
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Experience using Care Management Systems (Lumary VisiCase or similar essential)
- Solid understanding of the NDIS its structure and funding requirements
- Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills
- Confident using digital systems with a high level of tech literacy
- Problemsolving mindsetcomfortable asking questions and troubleshooting
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced teamoriented environment
- A proactive reflective approach to continuous improvement
