We are seeking a Sales Planning and Performance Analyst to join our Global Sales Planning and Performance Team! This role is instrumental in supporting sales strategy through data analysis forecasting and performance measurement. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and a strategic approach to help drive business decisions. This role requires a solid understanding of data management business intelligence tools and a proactive approach to problemsolving!
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Data Analysis & Insights: Ability to analyze large datasets identify trends and provide insights that drive business decisions.
- Forecasting & Modeling: Familiarity with statistical and predictive modeling techniques to support sales planning and performance assessment.
- Data Management: Strong datahandling skills ensuring integrity accuracy and consistency across various data sources.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of sales processes market dynamics and business performance metrics to provide meaningful recommendations.
- Problem Solving & Critical Thinking: Capacity to approach complex problems systematically develop solutions and drive continuous improvement.
- Communication & Storytelling: Ability to present datadriven insights in a clear and compelling way to various customers including senior leadership.
- Collaboration & Customer Engagement: Experience working crossfunctionally with sales finance and operations teams to align on strategies and processes.
- Process Optimization & Automation: Knowledge of streamlining and automating workflows to improve efficiency in sales reporting and analysis.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas pivot tables data visualization)
- Experience with business intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau Power BI or similar
- Knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems is advantageous
- Ability to work with statistical tools and methods for datadriven decisionmaking
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Economics Statistics Data Science or a related field
- Experience in a sales operations financial planning or business analytics role
- Strong organizational skills attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
- Confirmed ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Must be a US citizen or green card holder we will not sponsor a visa for this position
