As our VP of Customer Partner you will drive our customer partnership strategy ensuring alignment with our business goals and fostering longterm relationships that enhance customer day you will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers acting as their advocate within the company. To thrive you must have the ability to provide client executives with pertinent updates and support internal efforts to improve KLAS and NPS scores.

- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
- Lead negotiations and manage contractual agreements with customers ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Drive the development of innovative solutions that enhance customer experience and engagement.
- Mentor and lead a highperforming team dedicated to customer partnership excellence.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role focused on customer partnerships or account management. (Director and above)
- Exceptional negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
