Job Description
Position Summary:
IQVIA is hiring to expand a sponsordedicated team working fully within the environment of a prominent Pharma company. The position will work in a data visualization team supporting safety statistical programming. The statistical programmer works collaboratively with the end users internal colleagues to ensure the highquality production of data visualizations and statistical outputs using Spotfire. Support realtime online clinical trial data review.Previous working experience with Spotfire tool for generating dashboards/visualizations for clinical trial data is required.
Job responsibilities:
- Programs visualization analysis datasets using SAS.
- Assesses the quality of analysis data and performs crossstudy analyses.
- Use SAS for preprocessing of raw clinical data.
- Works collaboratively with Clinical Development to meet study deliverables and timelines.
- Follow the steps to setup studies using Spotfire.
- Assist in the review of GSI Policies SOPs and other controlled documents.
- Collaboration with staff in Biostatistics Clinical Data Management and Clinical Research and Global Drug Safety.
- Provide input to and participate in Programming and Biometrics meetings.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Programming Environment.
Qualifications:
- 5 years or more of clinical trials industry programming experience along with a bachelors degree in biostatistics computer science biology pharmacology or related.
- Proficient in Spotfire data visualization software required
- Demonstrates strong SAS programming proficiency.
- Knowledge of CDISC clinical data standards required
- Previous experience working with clinical trial safety data required
- Sufficient understanding to follow the analysis plan and provide programming support for study deliverables.
Location: homebased in the U.S. or Canada ok with EST or PST candidates
