Were growing and were looking for a dynamic Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a Junior Recruiter you will support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates conducting initial screenings coordinating interviews and help manage the candidate experience. This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career in HR or recruitment to gain handson experience in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Search identify and qualify potential candidates using internal ATS
Attract highly qualified candidates using unique and descriptive postings on Linkedin and various social media platforms
Continually build and maintain a pipeline of talent to accommodate for current and future client demands
Collaborate with other members of the team to support and maximize new and existing client relationships
Source screen and conduct applicable reference and background checks on qualified candidates
Nurture customer and candidate relationships that lead to successful placements.
Assist management with ad hoc duties
Qualifications:
Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
Proven track record of meeting KPIs
Must be able to work independently
Strong ability to identify and act on underlying customer needs
Superior interpersonal and networking skills
Resultsdriven proactive resourceful sense of urgency quality and detailoriented
Problem solving prioritization and multitasking skills
Ability to research and data mine for potential candidates and customers proactive recruiting
Experience with various computer software including MS Office and ATS (Recruit CRM or similar)
