About the role

Youll play a key role in shaping business transformation across our application landscape supporting Supply Chain Field Services People and Compliance functions across 12 European markets. Your work will focus on improving systems to boost performance streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

Combining strategic thinking with practical delivery youll help refine business processes strengthen service reliability and ensure solutions are effective at both local and regional levels. Youll also guide and support a capable team working closely with colleagues across different functions and markets.

Please note this role will require some travel within the EU all travel plans will be communicated with advance notice.

What Youll Be Doing

Driving Transformation

  • Lead the modernisation of core business systems across Supply Chain Field Services People and Compliance in 12 European markets.
  • Identify and deliver improvements that enhance efficiency elevate user experience and drive better business outcomes.
  • Align technology strategies with business objectives to enable scalable futureready operations.

Team Leadership

  • Build and support a highperforming agile team committed to delivering transformation and continuous improvement.
  • Set clear expectations create opportunities for growth and promote a culture of ownership inclusion and shared accountability.

Service & Operations Management

  • Ensure the reliability performance and evolution of missioncritical applications.
  • Serve as a strategic escalation contact embedding a learning mindset and operational resilience into service delivery.
  • Oversee change release and incident processes using SLA and KPI data to drive service excellence.

Vendor & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to prioritise and deliver highimpact change.
  • Hold vendors to account on quality value and innovation.
  • Provide transparent and regular updates on progress risks and opportunities.

Security Compliance & Risk

  • Ensure all applications comply with relevant privacy security and regulatory standards.
  • Actively manage operational risks disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
