Summary of Job Duties:
The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) Fay W. Boozman College of Public Health (COPH) Department of Health Policy and Management seeks a highly qualified candidate to fill a fulltime tenuretrack position.
Qualifications:
Ph.D. or equivalent degree in healthcare management health administration health services research health economics implementation science data analytics and informatics or related field requried.
Candidates with a strong commitment to research and scholarship teaching and mentoring are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to the teaching mission of COPH delivering courses in the CEPHaccredited MPH program CAHMEaccredited MHA program or the PhD program in Health Systems and Services Research ensuring the success of HPM education programs.
Generate extramural funding to conduct and disseminate original research.
Advise and mentor graduate students.
Provide service to college and university committees.
Participate in program assessment activities.
