Role Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Lettings Associate for our Estate Agency operation in Kew. As we expand our presence in this thriving area we need a selfmotivated individual who can build strong client relationships and identify new opportunities. This role is ideal for someone with previous estate agency experience in Lettings with sales knowledge being an added advantage. It presents an excellent opportunity for those looking to take a step towards managing an office.
What this job involves:
Associate Sales & Lettings Kew
Winning new business and negotiating lettings contracts & sales agreements
- Managing a small team to build a successful office
- Utilizing strong interpersonal skills to create meaningful client relationships
- Demonstrating exceptional sales ability to close business successfully
- Overseeing administration management
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Providing comprehensive client feedback
- Reporting on office performance and billing
- Generating innovative ideas to drive business growth
- Listing and marketing properties effectively
- Registering and managing applicants
- Collaborating with the wider business to explore new opportunities
- Maintaining and growing market share in a competitive environment

- Proven track record of success in negotiating sales & lettings contracts
- Thorough understanding of the sales & letting process and relevant legislation
- Proactive organized focused and accessible
- An engaging and charismatic personality
- Commitment to providing exceptional service at every opportunity
- Experience in a busy and successful Agency
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Confident and proactive approach to work
- Excellent telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills
- Selfmotivated with initiative to take action and respond appropriately
- Appreciation for discretion and confidentiality
- Team player with a positive cando attitude
- Experience in setting up systems and processes
- Familiarity with the Kew Bridge area and its property market (preferred)
- Sales experience or knowledge (advantageous)
