Job Description
A private practice group in the Davenport Florida area is seeking a CRNA to join its team. The CRNA will work in a care team model supervised by MDs focusing on delivering highquality anesthesia care. This role offers a balanced lifestyle a great work environment and a competitive salary.
Salary and benefits:
- Competitive base salary of $450000 as a 1099.
- 6 weeks of paid time off (PTO).
Work Schedule:
- Fulltime position with a consistent weekly schedule.
- MondayFriday 7a3p.
- No call required allowing for a great worklife balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer anesthesia for various surgical procedures including OB Ortho and General Surgery (no trauma cases).
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
- Participate in preoperative and postoperative patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
- Active Florida state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
