Job Description

Overview

Plan organs and execute activities and events to engage participants enhance skills and provide entertainment.

Responsibilities

activity programs.

Programs and activities based on

the needs and interest of

the participants.

2. Maintaining records and reports.

Keep track of activityrelated

records and report.

Daily charting

Monthly progress reports.

Quarterly progress notes all patience.

Activity initial assessment for

new patient.

Monthly activities calendar.

Seasonal activities display

3. Coordinating with staff

Work with other staff members

to ensure smooth

of activities.

Get up patient for two hours

of activities stimulation.

4. Send email and invite to family regional representatives and staff for IDT meetings

5. Attend IDT meeting

6. Organizing family/resident council meeting once a month.

family visit/Google meets.

Qualifications

Ability to work on your own initiatives.
Good digital skills for example computer knowledge basic computer printing Google documents Google meets
BLS
Activity Coordinator certificate
High school diploma
Atleast one year of experience.
Organizational skills plan organize and execute activities.
Creativity.
Interpersonal skills (engaging with the residents)
