Responsibilities
The general dentistry faculty member faculty member will serve in the Department of Restorative & Clinical Sciences. Core responsibilities will include didactic preclinical and clinical instruction and curriculum development; mentoring predoctoral students; emergency call coverage (by rotation); and participation in college university and community service. Academic rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Interviews of qualified candidates will begin immediately and continue until the position is filled.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates must possess a D.D.S./D.M.D. degree or an international degree equivalent to a U.S. D.D.S./D.M.D. degree and have successfully completed the NBDE Parts I & II or the INBDE and a regional licensure examination (e.g. ADEX . By the position start date the candidate must have active Maine Board of Dental Practice licensure (full/faculty).
