You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Case Aide/Greeter greets and assists clients in connecting with CSO or directing clients to appropriate onsite services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet clients in a courteous manner. Assist customers with checking in and questions.
Operates computer systems used to check in clients.
Exercise privileged communication as related to the position and maintains expertise in the operations functions and scope of the department.
May be trained to assist regional cashiers if needed.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Contributes to and helps create a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a cooperative and amicable manner with supervisors coworkers subordinates and members of the public.
Work overtime as required.

Education:
Type 30 words per minute.
Able to lift heavy files up to 25 30 pounds.
Thorough knowledge of current office practices and procedures.
Good working knowledge of current computer functions and procedures.
Must have good customer service skills must have good communication skills verbal nonverbal written.
Must have good decisionmaking skills and have good computer skills.
Must be eligible for access to TCIC system.
Licensure:
Valid Texas Drivers License or Texas I.D. is required.

Previous experience working with computers and/or tablets. (Windows based)
Position Type and Typical Hours of Work:
Regular Fulltime 40 Hours per week
Monday Thursday 7:00 a.m. 7:00 p.m. and Friday 7:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.

While performing the duties of this job the employee regularly works in an office setting.

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle feel or operate objects tools or controls and to reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to stand talk and hear.
Organizational Relationships:
Reports to: Office Manager of the Region/Program
Employment is contingent upon passing a background check and drug screen.
