Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a motivated and experienced First Vision Consultant to join our consulting team. This role is critical in delivering highquality technical solutions to our clients fostering strong client relationships and driving the continuous improvement of our consulting service offerings. As a First Vision Consultant you will provide technical leadership manage project teams and mentor junior consultants contributing significantly to Synechrons strategic objectives and success.
Software Requirements
Required:
- Proficiency in software development and system integration tools
- Strong understanding of project management software and methodologies
Preferred:
- Familiarity with specific industrystandard software tools related to consulting
Overall Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the consulting team to deliver highquality solutions
- Develop and maintain client relationships by understanding business needs and providing optimal solutions
- Create project plans allocate resources and manage project budgets effectively
- Continuously improve consulting service offerings methodologies and delivery processes
- Mentor and coach junior consultants to foster skill development and professional growth
Technical Skills (By Category)
Programming Languages:
- Essential: Proficiency in any programming language relevant to software development
- Preferred: Experience with additional programming languages
Development Tools and Methodologies:
- Essential: Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and project delivery methodologies
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical consulting or a related field
- Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and project delivery methodologies
- Experience working with clients across various industries and understanding their specific needs
DaytoDay Activities
- Lead technical discussions with clients to understand requirements and develop solutions
- Manage project teams and allocate resources to ensure project success
- Oversee the development and delivery of highquality solutions to clients
- Mentor and coach junior consultants to support their professional growth
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements
Qualifications
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
- Equivalent experience may be considered
Certifications:
- Relevant certifications in project management software development or technical consulting are preferred
