As our Senior Technical Program Manager on the Amazon Branded Connected Devices team youll be the bridge between imagination and . Youll work with brilliant minds across engineering product and operations teams tackling problems that havent been solved before. The challenges are real the scale is massive and the impact touches millions of lives.

The individual must demonstrate technical leadership to:
Deliver high quality products that optimize performance cost manufacturing and reliability.
Work with key stakeholders in product management and engineering teams to define product requirements
Lead cross functional product development from design through delivery
Manage timeline dependencies and deliverables. Work with remote teams to deliver supporting hardware and software in sync with launch timelines.
Work with partner teams to deliver supporting hardware and software in sync with launch timelines.
Communicate regularly with senior management on status risks and change control

7 years of working directly with engineering teams experience
5 years of technical product or program management experience
3 years of software development experience
5 years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules
5 years of project management disciplines including scope schedule budget quality along with risk and critical path management experience
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multimillion dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills with ability to work successfully across all engineering disciplines
Track record of successfully delivering complete systems (hardware firmware software) on time to scope with high quality
Ability to regularly engage with senior stake holders and influence across the organization
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience in working on device and service platform product development
High sense of ownership urgency and drive
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical individuals

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
