In this role you will connect with customers who have pastdue balances and work to resolve any billingrelated issues they may encounter. This position offers the wonderful benefit of consistent repeatable tasks while being part of a fantastic team!

A Day in the Life of a Billing Specialist
- Support the growth of Fox Pest Control through excellent customer service
- Connect with customers to resolve billing issues; collect payments release invoices and perform data entry
- Contacting customers by phone email mail and by text
- Process all work with integrity and incredible attention to detail
- Consistent fulltime work schedule 8hour shifts between 6 AM and 6 PM
What is Needed to be Successful
- High School degree/GED or higher
- Great customer service skills
- Proficient with Excel
- Attention to detail and the ability to pick out trends
- Data entry with accuracy and speed
- Ability to prioritize and quickly shift focus between various tasks
- Willingness and commitment to cultivating a positive and uplifting company culture
- Selfstarter mentality and highly motivated
