The Robotics Supply Chain organization sources a portfolio of robotics technology and is responsible for getting the right materials to the right place at the right time to support our network of global fulfillment and transportation solutions. Its an operation that works crossfunctionally with teams across Amazon globally and is driven by data and metrics. The Supply Chain team is seeking an experienced Supply Chain planning manager to manage the timely and efficient material delivery to AR sites by managing schedules and addressing supply chain constraints. This role will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to analyze demand fluctuations resolve delivery challenges and communicate risks to stakeholders. The role emphasizes proactive problemsolving risk management and continuous improvement to enhance overall supply chain performance.


Key job responsibilities
Oversee endtoend supply chain planning for AR hardware components across 200 sites annually ensuring materials are delivered on time to meet project requirements.
Proactively identify supply chain risks implement robust mitigation strategies and communicate potential disruptions to stakeholders to maintain business continuity.
Drive supply chain delivery performance by owning key metrics addressing constraints and influencing stakeholders to resolve bottlenecks effectively.
Lead timely risk assessments and provide transparent updates to stakeholders outlining risks and actionable plans to achieve supply stability.
Partner with Field Service Hardware Engineering Logistics Commodity Management and Purchasing teams to evaluate and communicate the impact of changes to the demand and supply plan.
Lead mentor and develop the supply chain planning team fostering a culture of excellence innovation and continuous skill growth.


5 years of working cross functionally with tech and nontech teams experience
5 years of team management experience
5 years of cross functional project delivery experience
5 years of program or project management experience
7 years of supply chain experience
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
Supply chain planning system experience Kinaxis/ SAP/ Oracle
People management experience of 3 years
Bachelors degree

Experience managing analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
3 years of driving process improvements experience
Masters degree or MBA in supply chain management operations engineering analytics or equivalent STEM field
APICS Certification is a plus

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
