Job Description
The Glennie School located in Toowoomba Queensland is an Anglican day and boarding school for girls from Kindergarten to Year 12 with boarding for students from Year 5. The School enjoys an excellent reputation for the quality of its programs care and support offered to students as well as the commitment dedication and professionalism of its staff.
About this role:
The Glennie School is currently inviting applications for Cleanersto join our Cleaning team. Applicants must be available for early morning starts from 6:00 am 8:30 am Monday to Friday however flexibility and the ability to work additional hours on occasions would be favourable.
In conjunction with other Cleaning team members you will be cleaning various classroom areas student amenities and administration offices.

These are permanent part time term time positions one for 12.5 hours per week and one 22.5 hours per week.
About you:
- Previous experience in a similar position;
- Experience working in a school environment (desirable);
- High level of attention to detail;
- Ability to display initiative in the performance of duties;
- Ability to work autonomously whilst also functioning as part of a successful team;
- Proven ability to work as a constructive member of a team in a professional courteous manner;
- Enjoy working in an energetic and busy environment;
- Maintain a degree of flexibility in working hours from time to time as required for the position;
- Hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card Blue Card in accordance with No Card No Start law as per the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000;
- Be supportive of the ethos of Anglican Schools; and
- Have rights to work in Australia.
