Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Summer Associate to join our team. As a Summer Associate you will play a key role in sourcing and evaluating potential investment opportunities performing market research and thesis development initiatives and support portfolio management efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Industry Analysis:
- Conduct sector and companyspecific research to identify potential investment opportunities.
- Stay up to date on industry trends market dynamics and competitive landscape to inform investment decisions.
- Investment Research Analysis & Due Diligence:
- Assist in the preparation of investment memoranda including analysis of financial statements market trends and industry outlook.
- Perform due diligence on target companies including reviewing legal financial and operational information.
- Conduct research on investment theses including primary secondary sources.
- Deal :
- Support senior team members in deal sourcing structuring and negotiation efforts.
- Assist in preparing investment presentations for internal investment committees and external stakeholders.
- Portfolio Management:
- Develop performance dashboards and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across the portfolio.
- Team Collaboration & Support:
- Work closely with senior team members to support various aspects of the investment process. There will be opportunities for training mentorship and networking over the course of the internship.
Qualifications:
- Must be age 21
- Experience:
- Prior experience in venture capital investment banking management consulting or startups is a plus.
- Proven experience in market research and project management.
- Education:
- Working towards a Bachelors degree in Business Economics Finance Accounting or a related field from a toptier institution.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (data analysis presentation creation etc..
- Personal Skills:
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team and interact with external partners.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Selfstarter with a strong work ethic and a passion for consumer driven companies.
Compensation:
- This will be an unpaid internship.
