Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detailoriented Student Assistant to join our Shipping Advisory Hamburg & Dubai team at our Hamburg office. You will support a variety of client projects and business development activities in the areas of green finance decarbonization and vessel assessment.
- Support advisory projects for ship financing banks and vessel owners in the field of green finance and decarbonization including:
- Data management in coordination with banks and ship owners
- Emission data analysis and carbon abatement modeling
- Quantitative and qualitative analysis of large data sets
- Synthesis of results and preparation of client presentations
- Contribute to vessel condition assessment projects for financial institutions
- Assist in the development of services as well as support sales and marketing activities

Qualifications
Qualifications/Experience:
- Student with Engineering major and affinity to Business Administration. Shipping knowledge beneficial
- Good knowledge of MS Office: Excel Word PowerPoint
- Fluent in English

- Strong analytical skills both quantitatively (incl. Excel analytics and modelling) and qualitatively
- Strong problemsolving capabilities: Hypotheses development and testing synthesis
