Senior Product Owner
Experience Range: 6 9 years
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced **Senior Product Owner** with expertise in **onpremises systems**. The ideal candidate will have **68 years of experience** in product ownership managing enterprise **onpremises applications and infrastructure**. You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define the product vision manage the roadmap and ensure seamless delivery of secure scalable and highperformance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Define and manage the product vision roadmap and backlog for onpremises systems.
Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
Collaborate with engineering security and operations teams to enhance system performance and reliability.
Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value customer needs and feasibility.
Ensure regulatory compliance security and scalability of onpremises applications.
Develop and maintain detailed user stories acceptance criteria and process flows.
Lead product discovery competitive analysis and user research to improve the product.
Monitor product performance system health and customer feedback to drive continuous improvements.
Work with crossfunctional teams to drive gotomarket strategies and enterprise adoption.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience:
**Bachelors or Masters degree** in Computer Science Engineering Business or a related field.
**6 years of experience** as a **Product Owner or Product Manager** focusing on **onpremises software or systems**.
Technical & Domain Expertise:
Strong understanding of **onpremises infrastructure deployments and system architecture**.
Experience in **enterprise IT environments compliance security and infrastructure management**.
Knowledge of **DevOps practices CI/CD pipelines and software development life cycle (SDLC)**.
Familiarity with **APIs system integrations and modernization of legacy applications**.
Experience working in **Agile/Scrum environments with tools like JIRA Azure DevOps etc.**.
Soft Skills:
Strong **communication and stakeholder management skills**.
Excellent **analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities**.
Ability to **lead crossfunctional teams and influence without direct authority**.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in **Tax **.
Knowledge of **hybrid cloud strategies and cloud migration for onpremises systems**.
Certifications such as **CSPO SAFe PO/PM or PMP** are a plus
