Job Description

Leidos is seeking a Government Furnished Property (GFP) Project Integration Lead in support of the Cargo Mission Contract (CMC). This position will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the and integration of GFP and Utilization Projects within the EVA and Human Surface Mobility Program (EHP). The successful candidate will ensure consistent and efficient project by overseeing the management and communication of project lifecycles requirements risks schedules and budgets while fostering collaboration across multiple programs and projects.

More specifically this position plays a critical role in ensuring the successful integration and management of governmentfurnished assets within Artemis contributing to mission success and operational efficiency.

In this position the employee will be located onsite at Johnson Space Center in Houston Texas. Some domestic travel will be required.

US Citizenship or US Permanent Residency and the ability to successfully obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance are required.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee project management processes ensuring the timely delivery of projects while maintaining adherence to budget schedule and contractual obligations.
  • Manage Interface Technical Agreements (ITAs) and contracts related to GFP providers.
  • Drive crossprogram and crossproject integration efforts for GFP and Utilization.
  • Develop implement and maintain lifecycle and process plans to ensure effective management of governmentfurnished assets.
  • Identify track and manage GFP requirements and associated risks to mitigate potential issues.
  • Collaborate closely with Program/Project Systems Engineering teams to ensure alignment and compliance with technical and programmatic objectives.
  • Perform technical evaluations and assessments to support decisionmaking related to GFP integration.
  • Serve as backup to the GFP Manager in chairing the EHP GFE Integration Team providing strategic leadership and operational support as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree and at least 4 years experience with a focus on government furnished property and asset integration.
  • Familiarity with NASA project management and systems engineering processes and principles.
  • Proficiency in risk management lifecycle planning and technical evaluation methodologies.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to coordinate and collaborate across multiple programs and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills with the ability to work in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • NASA Exploration experience systems engineering risk management and engineering background.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $72150.00 $130425.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job education experience knowledge skills and abilities as well as internal equity alignment with market data applicable bargaining agreement (if any) or other law.
