- Reconcile statements
- Disburse checks
- Balance statements and finalize data
- Prepare accounts for payments andverify data in system
- Follow up on past due accounts and returned checks
- Assist with Accounts Payable and Receivable processes; reconcile and prepare daily cash deposit creditcard deposit update receivable ledger
- Experience using a dealership management system (DMS) and payroll platform
- Strong communication skills and eagerness to improve
- Selfstarter who can work both independently and with a team
- Accounting degree (preferred not required)
- Preferred AR/AP experience in automotive dealership
