Job Description
Angott Search Group is pleased to partner with AltaOne Federal Credit Union $930 million in assets) in their search for Symitar Operations Specialist to manage and support the organizations core banking systems. This role is responsible for maintaining system performance implementing upgrades resolving technical issues and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize operations. The ideal candidate will also lead departmental projects and ensure timely delivery of IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain Symitar systems ensuring reliability and security
Plan and execute system upgrades patches and integrations
Provide firstlevel support to endusers; troubleshoot hardware/software issues
Set up user accounts maintain IT documentation and deliver enduser training
Collaborate on system improvements and vendor integrations
Manage incidents in accordance with SLAs; document and analyze resolutions
Requirements:
25 years of relevant IT experience
High school diploma or GED required; Symitar certifications a plus
Strong technical troubleshooting and communication skills
Ability to work with diverse teams and handle sensitive information with discretion
