What Were Looking For:
A strategic project leader with aBachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
2 years experiencemanaging projects or performing project management functions.
5 years progressive HR experience ideally in a complex or multientity environment. Healthcare HR or System Healthcare HR experience preferred.
Project Management CertificationorLean Six Sigma Black Belt.
Experience supportingenterprise technologyorERP implementationsis a plus.

Strategic Alignment:
Your work will ensure that HR prioritiesfrom workforce planning and talent acquisition to engagement and complianceare tightly aligned with the health systems broader strategic goals.
What Youll Do:
Lead the planning and oversight of complex HR projectsfrom regionally focused initiatives to systemwide programs.
Partner closely with HR IT Operations and leadership teams to support Logan Healths ERP implementation from an HR perspective.
Serve as a liaison across departments and entities ensuring clarity consistency and alignment throughout the lifecycle of each initiative.
Develop and manage project timelines resources budgets and communications to ensure successful outcomes.
Champion change management efforts identifying risks and creating strategies to build engagement and ensure adoption.
Track and report project performance analyze outcomes and drive continuous improvement across HR initiatives.
