Job Description
The Event Coordinator Internship position will give you an opportunity to gain essential event management experience while assisting the Event Coordinator Supervisor in a fun environment! Responsibilities will include assisting with management planning and of eventsincluding Group Nights Campfires Welcome Porches Birthday Parties and Corporate Outings. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for events the day of this includes events schedules on evenings and weekends to ensure they run as smoothly as possible.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop a complete understanding of the requirements for each event
- Manage the setup tear down and followup processes
- Ensure communication is clear between the Events Team and departments affected
- Handle daytoday administration of events
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Able to work variable scheduleweekdays weeknights and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to handle working in warm and cold conditions
- Wellorganized with excellent multitasking abilities
- Outstanding management skills
- Understanding of Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Calendar etc.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a customerservice mindset
