As an Operations Supervisor Direct Auto Refinance in Home Lending you will lead our new Utility supporting for Inbound and Outbound activities. As part of Mortgage Production and Servicing you will be responsible for delivering top notch support that is vital to Home Lending and the Consumer and Community Bank. Youll be ensuring objectives and standards are consistently met with a strong emphasis on controls and audit readiness. Your flexibility as a problemsolver will be essential as well as dedication to fostering an environment where employees are empowered to assist customers effectively.
Job responsibilities
- Perform basic clerical tasks such as filing photocopying faxing imaging data entry and open correspondence
- Develop and lead a highperforming team ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Coach and lead by example to drive results focusing on employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Select retain and manage talent with a focus on performance management and professional development.
- Maintain a customercentric approach ensuring exceptional service deliver and utilize technology and data analytics to enhance operational efficiency.

- 3 years of experience successfully leading a team.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to operate under pressure.

- Customer service experience with a commitment to employee satisfaction.

- Experience in implementing controls and audit preparedness
