As the Sr. Field Marketing Manager you will be responsible for increasing consideration acquisition and adoption of Amazon Business within Enterprise accounts. You will partner closely with Sales and crossfunctional Marketing teams to concept and deliver strategic marketing programs including demand generation campaigns events tradeshows content and sales enablement. To be successful in this role this individual will work seamlessly with senior stakeholders in Amazon Business and panAmazon teams such as AWS to align and implement strategies. We are looking for an individual with broad experience in lead generation digital marketing product marketing and hightouch executive events. Key job responsibilities
Develop the marketing strategy to reach and engage Csuite and decision makers across enterprise accounts through bespoke 1to1 and 1tofew Account Based Marketing campaigns and initiatives
Lead Executive Engagement initiatives such as Customer Advisory Boards Executive Briefings Executive Dinners
Own planning and of bespoke marketing channels like Webinars Direct Mail Sponsorships across client trade and association publications etc.
Manage relationships with internal Marketing Sales Sales Enablement and Product stakeholders as well as external media agencies and partners
Drive robust and detailed measurement and reporting processes
A day in the life
The Sr Field Marketing Manager is the conduit between Sales and broader Marketing teams. They will dive deep with Sales to understand key business priorities and work handinhand with extended marketing teams such as digital content and channel marketing teams to create and then execute an integrated marketing plan that supports those priorities. They will act as the single point of contact for all of Marketing driving visibility of upcoming initiatives to Sales and reporting back campaign impact.
About the team
Field Marketing is an emerging function in Amazon Business. Though there will be a high degree of ambiguity at first this role will be responsible for shaping what Field Marketing looks like at Amazon Business. Initial projects could include:
Developing an executive engagement program
Launching an industry publication and association promotional strategy
Creating meeting generating campaigns
6 years of professional noninternship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables)
Experience building executing and scaling crossfunctional marketing programs
Experience communicating results to senior leadership
Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
Bachelors degree or equivalent
Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events webinars email lead nurture programs and CRM/sales insights
Experience with Salesforce and Tableau

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $112800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $186500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
