About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and certified SAFe 6.0 Scrum Master / Release Train Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing and coordinating multiple Agile teams within a value stream ensuring seamless delivery of highquality products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies exceptional leadership skills and the ability to drive continuous improvement across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the entire life cycle of assigned program/portfolio(s) including cost schedule and technical performance.
Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups Sprint Planning Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives) for multiple teams.
Gain a solid understanding of customer requirements and manage potential risks while controlling project timelines.
Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices.
Remove impediments and foster a collaborative environment to enhance team performance.
Coordinate and manage the Agile Release Train events including PI Planning Sync and System Demos.
Collaborate with Product Management System Architects and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery of value.
Track and communicate key metrics progress and status to stakeholders ensuring transparency and accountability.
Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams fostering a culture of trust and continuous improvement.
Drive the adoption and implementation of SAFe6.0 practices across the organization.
Qualifications:
Certified SAFe 6.0 Scrum Master (SSM)/ Release Train Engineer (RTE).
Proven experience in managing multiple Agile teams within a value stream.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SAFe framework.
Excellent communication facilitation and conflictresolution skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams in different geographical locations.
Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a similar role within a largescale Agile transformation.
Background in software development or IT project management.
Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira Confluence and others.
