Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. A minimum of seven years progressively responsible experience in development and fundraising in Division I Intercollegiate Athletics. Experience supervising mentoring and providing direction to others. Demonstrated experience in all types of fundraising including; annual fund major gifts planned giving and capital campaign; Proven track record of exceeding fundraising goals. Excellent organizational and analytical skills; excellent oral and written communications skills; Ability to work nights weekends and holidays depending on work and game schedules. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects work as part of a team and motivate staff in a fast paced environment. Demonstrated support for diversity equity and inclusion. Ability to communicate effectively with others. Valid drivers license and a driving record acceptable to the university by the universitys insurance carrier.
