This position is for the full academic year open only to students who are in their 3rd or 4th year as a fulltime student.

Work Location & Hours: Center for Student Success: MondayFriday 8am4:30pm evening study hours
Qualifications for Position:
- Fulltime student in at least their 3rd year as a fulltime student
- Able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Practices good time management skills
- Demonstrates a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
Expected Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meet 1on1 with assigned students from the Student Success Center to assist with academic and peer support.
- Assist students with improving academic skills such as time management navigating assignments study plans and tracking future assignments.
- Communicate regularly with assigned students and CSS staff via email phone and facetoface.
- Assist CSS Staff with the Highland Academic Program students and College Life class.
- Facilitate study hall sessions throughout the week.
- Schedule times to meet with assigned students for regularly occurring meetings.
- Become familiar with Covenant College resources to help students who are navigating college and life challenges.
- Refer students to relevant services through the Center for Student Success.
- Provide capable support to students struggling with academic community or life challenges.
- Attend mandatory meetings.
- Other duties as assigned.
