Job Description
The Porter at Cooper Street Capital is responsible for performing a variety of duties related to maintain the general upkeep of our properties. This includes grounds work make readies minor repairs and more. Full Time

Responsibilities:
- Remove trash and debris in public areas
- Surface cleaning
- Grounds keeping moving lawns hedges clearing snow and ice
- Make ready vacant apartments
- Painting
- Light maintenance duties changing light bulbs restocking cleaning supplies unclogging drains etc.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent problemsolving and communication skills
- Physical stamina and strength to handle manual labor tasks
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
