Sales Operations Intern (Summer 2025

Location: United States (Preferred: Raleigh NC or Indianapolis IN)
Duration: 8weeks (Summer 2025

Compensation: $13.00/hr $37.00/hr

Overview

At Genesys the Sales Operations Intern will support our North America Sales organization by elevating partner programs streamline processes and project manage key initiatives that drive worldclass sales performance. This internship is designed to provide handson experience with sales tools and crossfunctional collaboration in a fastpaced tech environment.

What Youll Do

  • Support project management and deliverable tracking
  • Contribute to elevated partner programs and both direct and indirect microevents across Commercial & MidMarket
  • Measure and monitor GWOS (Genesys Way of Selling) adoption including template creation and refinement.
  • Document prospecting best practices in collaboration with the Enterprise West sales team.
  • Organize and maintain content for biweekly best practice office hours.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Analytics or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Detailoriented and processfocused with strong followthrough.
  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn in a remote team environment.
  • Interest in sales strategy business operations and project .

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce Tableau or other sales/data tools.
  • Prior internship or coursework related to sales or marketing.

Compensation:

This role has a marketcompetitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidates experience qualifications skills and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performancebased bonus opportunities.
