How do you excel in this position

The Project & Service Administrator plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the Stark Tech Ballston Spa NY office. This position provides comprehensive administrative support to the Operations Team ensuring seamless coordination with internal departments customers management subcontractors service providers and employees. The role requires strong organizational skills effective communication and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.

  • High School Diploma or GED Required. Associates degree in business communications or a related field preferred.
  • Two 2 years of reception clerical or administrative experience required.
  • Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite required.
  • Previous experience with AIA pay applications preferred.
  • Prior experience using multiline phone system preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills required.
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.
  • Ability to multitask work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
  • Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fastpaced timesensitive environment.
