- 2 roles one full time and one part time 3 days per week)
The Role
The ABC People and Culture Division have 2 new opportunities for a full time and parttime Senior Diversity and Inclusion Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your D&I experience data analysis skills and outstanding communication skills to these new roles.
The Job
- Expert Adviser Staying abreast of legislative regulatory and industry changes.
Providing advice and guidance to divisional teams and P&C teams.
- Data Analysis Expert Analysing workforce data and employee feedback to identify D&I trends gaps and opportunities.
Contributing to the development of accessible dashboards and divisional D&I reporting frameworks.
- Policy Expert Supporting the development implementation and review of initiatives and projects.
Undertakingqualitative and quantitative research to support the development of evidencebased D&I policiesstrategies andinitiatives.
Position Description:SENIOR ADVISOR DIVERSITY &
About You
You will have experience in a diversity and inclusion role or related field with experience working in large complex organisations.
Your skills and experience will also include:
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills and build trusting relationships across the organisation and externally.
- Experience conducting significant and highly complex research and data analysis.
- Sophisticated written and verbal communication skills with an ability to prepare high quality reports briefings and presentations.
- Extensive comprehensive understanding of diversity equity inclusion and cultural safety best practices particularly in the Australian workplace context.
- Experience providing accurate and reliable advice and guidance to managers leaders and employees on D&I issues and inclusive workplace practices.
