Job Description
Function/Duties of Position
Serve as an instructor in the preclinical laboratory reviewing student work and providing critical assessment and aid in performing normal dental procedures
Serve as a course director and give lectures
Attend lectures of fellow faculty members for courses in which the person is assigned
Teach in the predoctoral dental clinic and supervise students providing patient care
Perform scholarly activities such as research (including laboratory and/or clinical studies)
Participate on committees within the school and university as assigned
Provide patient care
Required Qualifications
The position requires a Dental degree (DDS/DMD) or foreign equivalent an Oregon Dental License or eligibility for same and BLS/ACLS Certification from the American Heart Association.
