Essential Functions
- Lead comprehensive safety programs across multiple construction sites focusing on hazard prevention and regulatory compliance
- Develop and implement strategic safety initiatives that align with company goals and industry best practices
- Conduct thorough site inspections and safety audits to maintain the highest standards of workplace safety
- Guide incident investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences
- Foster a culture of safety through engaging training programs and effective communication strategies
- Partner with project executives and operations leadership to integrate safety into all aspects of construction
Qualifications
- Professional experience in construction safety management with expertise in highrise hospitality or multifamily projects
- OSHA 500 certification and CHST designation
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective safety programs
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Safety Management degree is valued
- Demonstrated success in reducing workplace incidents and maintaining compliance
