Expected hours of work per week: 1020
Work Location & Hours: Brock Hall Room 218 from 7:30am and 5pm MWF 8:00 am and 5pmTue/Thur and Tue/ Thur 7pm 9pm.

Qualifications for Position:
- Must be a history major
- Have at least a 3.0 in the major
Expected Duties and Responsibilities:
Student workers are expected to aid professors in the running of the History Department. These responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Assisting with clerical duties such as making and keeping schedules making copies retrieving mail data entry sending work orders etc.
- Tutoring and assisting other students with history course assignments and studying for exams
- Grading homework quizzes and exams as needed and recording results in grade sheets
- Preparing and maintaining bulletin boards creating posters and creating announcements
- Showing videos in class and/or proctoring exams in the absence of a professor
- Aiding professors in research/projects for history courses
- Assisting in the organization of special events and clubs
